This place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures! It was a dump. The first room had holes in the sheets, sheets were stained, and no bathroom knob. I Got moved just to have the new room have burns in the comforter and there 2 small dirty towels that were ripped. I got locked in a stairwell, and all the knobs inside the stairwell were removed... huge fire hazard! I had to call the employee at the front desk to let me out. If I was staying more than one evening I would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Awful place, don't waste your money.

Convenient and easy to get to. Shopping area is around and lots of take out options. The hotel is nice and very clean. The lady staff can be a bit brash when coming to your room knocking on the room door. But other than that it’s good.

Not kids family, the facility is immersed in smoke I mean there’s nothing like no smoking.room. The hotel lobby was very dirty & noisy. The smell of weed wakes you up and if you have a respiratory problem please advise yourself because my flur up.

Overall very clean place. Top bed sheet had a burn hole in it, mattress cover was ripped but sheets were clean. Very easy check in/out. Busy area that hotel is in. Streets are a little loud at night. Have to park on very busy streets or pay for parking about a mile down the road at a garage. Overall I’d stay again and recommend

unprofessional and unsafe! booked a king room for my family last minute and in middle of the night someone used a key card and came into our room and quickly closed the door. It would not have been possible if the lock on the door wasn’t broken and someone wasn’t given a key card to our room.

Nice room but…
The room was in good condition but the sheets had an extremely foul odor as if it wasn’t washed ever. Also the walls appear to be paper thin due to hearing extremely loud music late into the night.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and despite its location in a somewhat sketchy area, I found it to be a pretty good choice. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was quick to provide extra towels and blankets when requested. The presence of a fridge in the room and Netflix on the TV was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the availability of a microwave in the lobby was convenient. It's a decent budget option, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring NYC during the day. I'd recommend it for those looking for affordability without compromising too much on comfort.

Check in went smoothly, but felt the attendant was annoyed with us. Room was small and quaint but there were no fitted sheets on the bed. When I called down, she let me know they were out but could bring another sheet? Then said they just don’t have fitted sheets at the property. Bed was dirty and comforter had burn holes in it. AC worked well, shower was fine. Towels were tiny and very stained. Gentleman attendant the next night was so kind, the TV was not working and we thought it was the remote at first, brought batteries to our door to help. Booked here bc we weren’t going to be at the hotel- busy exploring. Was disappointed in the value we got for the price. Likely won’t return/ recommend until renovations made

This was suppose to be a smoke free building everywhere smelled of cigarette smoke, there was no lock on the bathroom door holes in the blanket from burns. Paid $250 a night and definitely wasn’t worth it.
