Summary:
Beautifully Built New 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home- Located in SE Gainesville. Only 2.3 miles to Shands or UF. 1 mile to downtown Gainesville.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a gorgeous walk in shower; The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, we will supply an queen air mattress upon request at booking. which makes this house perfect for a family.

Washer and dryer in home- Makes it perfect for longer stays

The Space:
Beautiful new home! Close to Depot Park, Cade Museum, downtown Gainesville, restaurants, bars, The Hippodrome.

Guests have the entire home to themselves.

This is a new home that was completed in 2023, its located in an older neighborhood, the home next door is in the process of being totally remodeled from the outside in. The home is on a busier street- it's not a highway.

Perfect for UF Graduation
Perfect place for 5 of us for the long weekend. Way better than a hotel. Convenient to everything, very clean and new, and very helpful and communicative mgmt. Great place.

Cute but wrong place.
The house is very close to expectations with the exception of the neighborhood and immediate surroundings. Great location for proximity to school graduation. It was a little disturbing when we drove up and saw our surroundings. The back porch needs attention. The front door locks with a key which is not safe in the event of a fire.
