One of the best hotels I have stayed. The staff was incredibly nice and really made you feel like you’re home. No detail was spared. Everything’s was thought of. The amenities were L’Occitane. Including shave cream and razor to a loofah and cleansing towlettes. The food was one if the best from breakfast to dinner. Delicious sustainable food. The grounds were stunning with views for miles! We cannot wait to return!

Excellent service, well maintained property. Breakfast was amazing as well as the Lila restaurant dinner. Hotel has the best location and view for ballon sightseeing.

This hotel is the most magical place we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful setting, artistic details, fascinating history, many “million lira views.” The hearty breakfasts helped us have adventurous days. The location is perfect for walkable dining and explorations, as well as central for ballooning and seeing the major archeological sites. Thank you outstanding staff and also to Joe the dog! An unforgettable stay!

The property has a fabulous location and view. The breakfast was amazing in my opinion as well as the views. The staff was helpful. We had a superior suite that had a lot of room but no windows and needs more lighting, a different shower structure, a body mirror, a better location for the safe, and sifter pillows. Our 3-night stay was over $4000. For the price we paid the room must have all of the above to make it up to par.

There are incredible views and every room is unique, if you have any mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you. Lots of stairs and every surface is tile.

Museum has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast is unbelievable good. Restaurant for dinner was also impressive.

You can't go wrong with Museum hotel

Nice hotel, and even better restaurant. Picturesque views. One of the most expensive in the area, I didn't stay at other ones but they may be good too. The staff gave us the wrong time by 15 minutes for a balloon ride pick up they arranged.

Great view. Nice restaurant. Beautiful room. Only thing I didn't like was the loud & dated music from the bar at night till late, which you can hear from the room. Would have been better with peace and quiet with such a beautiful setting or at least a curated ambience setting music that fits the beautiful property.

This is a truly remarkable hotel - absolutely loved it and would come back!!! Highly recommended. Ideal for couples, which was our case. Not so ideal for children it seems - be warned. If I had to think of one thing it could improve: even though the staff was absolutely lovely and the service was superb (no complaints there), sometimes communicating with them was a bit confusing - they'd seem to understand our English (and act as if they did) but then they would do something different to what was requested, or nothing at all, or just act visibly confused. Maybe some English refresher courses are necessary. :)

Amazing Hotel!
The hotel is so beautiful it is located on a hill where you can see all the hot air balloons in the morning it is truly magical. The Hotel is displayed as an actual museum and you will see some displays in your room and around the hotel also the gardens are so relaxing and the pool is heated and has such a beautiful view. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are really clean.
