We stayed in Fairy chimney room, room is unique and clean. Hotel is good but the staff don't know how to treat the customers. They have lot of rules and regulations. I have stayed in 3 to 4 hotels in Goreme, but the staff hospitality is missing in this hotel. I have asked for a glass of milk after check-in as we can't go outside and we were tired, that guy explained me so many things about cleaning and mentioned about how the guests will misuse if they allow freely. If you need good hospitality and feel like home then check some other hotels. To the hotel management, customer come to your hotel because they liked it, you have to treat the customers and feel them staying at their home as how the other hotels are doing. Don't give dhyans saying hotels in different countries how they treat their customer so you want to treat your customers the same way. Next day I had to checkout early at 6:30am and i have request for quick breakfast. They gave sandwich with cheese & tomato inside but it is not at all good. I am not able to understand why they want to treat the customers with hard heart. Change the way how you treat the customers. that is the only missing part otherwise hotel, location everything is good.
