Property is very charming ,staff was very nice and helpful . I didn’t like my 1st floor room it was very noisy especially having 2 other suites right next door . I mainly booked this hotel because of the top deck with the rugs and pillows , it was very disappointing not seeing that set up even at night that side of the deck was not lit up .

I loved the chimney room It is really authentic experience of staying in a cave. The staff are very helpful.. You see the balloons in the morning. Some even pass by the hotel. Close to city center. Basic but decent hotel entities. And breakfast. Very nice hotel. Best experience ever.

It was okay nothing special i was in room 105 Everything what-was needed for daily use Delicious breakfast I wish they can do it sooner than 8:30 since people wake up early to watch balloons and nothing around is open to have a snack

It was just the perfect cave hotel that gave us that feeling of satisfaction, all amenities of a good hotel, perfect location close to market,and mountain top. Staff excellent both at the reception and kitchen. Amazing breakfast spread made of fresh produce...the view is just dreamlike from the terrance and balconies. Overall 5 star plus experience

Great roof terrace, it was very scenic watching the hotair balloons in the morning from the roof terrace. The breakfast was a great spread, room was sufficiently sized. I had looked at over 20 different hotels and eventually chose this as it was located on a hill-top which meant we were able to see the whole Goreme region and the hotair balloons. Would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the morning views from the roof terrace.

Good for our budget
Bed and breakfast. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms, and were basically out the entire day. Bathroom is dated and not well ventilated, but maybe its a cave hotel thing. Otherwise room was clean. The views were great in the upper levels, you can chill and byob up in any of the spots there, no bad spot for photos. Good restaurant next door, as well as bar/hookah at mithra within very short walking distance. Downhill walk to more restaurants.

Fabulous Location
The Harman Cave Hotel was lovely. Perfect location for a view of the balloons and central for travel. Takes about 40 minutes from the NAV airport. Rooms were well appointed, clean, plenty of towels and welcoming. Charming location and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is kind and friendly. They allowed us to use their reception while waiting on our shuttle.

Great balloon viewing!
The heat was not really on when we arrived as the central hot water heat was out. It was working late on our last day so things warmed up considerably. We did use the heat pump but it was the bathroom that was very cold until the radiators warmed up. Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast.

We stayed in Fairy chimney room, room is unique and clean. Hotel is good but the staff don't know how to treat the customers. They have lot of rules and regulations. I have stayed in 3 to 4 hotels in Goreme, but the staff hospitality is missing in this hotel. I have asked for a glass of milk after check-in as we can't go outside and we were tired, that guy explained me so many things about cleaning and mentioned about how the guests will misuse if they allow freely. If you need good hospitality and feel like home then check some other hotels. To the hotel management, customer come to your hotel because they liked it, you have to treat the customers and feel them staying at their home as how the other hotels are doing. Don't give dhyans saying hotels in different countries how they treat their customer so you want to treat your customers the same way. Next day I had to checkout early at 6:30am and i have request for quick breakfast. They gave sandwich with cheese & tomato inside but it is not at all good. I am not able to understand why they want to treat the customers with hard heart. Change the way how you treat the customers. that is the only missing part otherwise hotel, location everything is good.

Thank you for your assessment. We are sorry that your accommodation experience was not what you expected. Our hotel is a boutique hotel that provides accommodation and breakfast service. As you can see on Expedia, it does not have a restaurant or cafe. It would not be fair to say that there are a lot of rules in the hotel for the information given about this situation. Moreover, although we do not have such a service, I would like to remind you that your request for breakfast cereal and milk is met. Since the staff responsible for breakfast cannot come to the hotel before 8 am (there is no transportation alternative to arrive before 8 am), breakfast time starts at 08:30. To help you, our receptionist friend, who is the only staff in the hotel at night, prepared a sandwich for you. It's obviously not fair to say that we weren't hospitable after all this. We want you to know that we will continue to do our best for our guests.Kind Regards,Harman Cave Hotel

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful views, clean rooms, and staff was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everyone was so helpful in arranging activities around the area and helping us with our laundry and getting PCR test done. I cannot recommend Harman Cave hotel enough. Definitely a wonderful experience!

If i could give 10 stars i would!!! The location on top of the hill gave extraordinary views, yet a 5 min walk gets you into the town with an abundance of restaurant choices and shops. The hotel was stunning...absolutely gorgeous. Everybody was so caring and helpful. They helped set up excursions and arranged for taxis. They were quick with the laundry, they even helped arrange for PCR test to be done at hotel. Breakfast was great, fresh options and clean environment. I can not recommend Harman cave hotel enough. We hope to go back soon!!!

History!! My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 night's. We had the best time in this cave hotel. It is located in the Goreme city and the city center is 5 minute walk. Our cave room was perfect! It was clean and spacious. I cant even begin to describe the beautiful rooftop breakfast overlooking the valleys with the hot air balloons (it was the best part). The hotel was kept well sanitized and was kept extremely clean. The staff was young, energetic, and professional. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they helped us with everything we had trouble with (The trick is to just ask). I love my stay at the Harman Cave Hotel , and would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Cappadocia.

Absolutely loved my stay at Harman. Unfortunately it was for only one night! Beautiful accommodation and friendly host and staff - would highly recommend!
