"Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately. Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road. "

The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. "Spectacular lakefront villa! Convenient to everything while in a peaceful, local town. Spotless and comfortable, with gorgeous grounds perfect for hanging out and playing games (baci ball and ping pong!) What especially sets this property apart is the host, Francesco. Francesco was available at all times to help with transportation, logistics, and reservations. He even offers tours of the lake on his gorgeous boat (highly recommend). This architecturally interesting villa and experience is a MUST in Como! Thank you for everything, Francesco!!"
