We enjoyed sipping coffee by the lagoon on the back patio in the a.m. and a bit of stargazing and snacks by the fire in the p.m. Fun community pool about a minute away. "House was beautiful with plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area and the pool (although it was cold, the kids still went in). There was plenty of sleeping room for our family of 8 and plenty of bathrooms (very important with teenagers!). The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of extras. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to the area."

"Our trip started off not quiet what we wanted. The spa wasn’t working and getting a hold of the property management to let them know it wasn’t working was a job in itself. We actually ended up talking to the owner of the house who then was able to get the pool man over to the house and we had the spa working on the 3 night. The area is very quiet and we have been there 3times. But we will definitely go back."

"The new hotel was nice. A couple minor items I would change. There should be a bed spread or comforter in each room. Two sheets is not enough for my personal liking. There should be a map of the whole area to give to guests. Every place we asked said there isn't much here. Where Havasu Landing as a whole starts and ends we are not sure but wanted to explore for future visits. I guess if it is intended to be not one large place then that is my misunderstanding. "

"Was pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. The area is a little rough but the room was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had a family suite (family of 6) and really liked that the rooms were separated by a closed door (grown up privacy).
