Villas in Nashville

"The house was very clean and close to downtown Nashville. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Suggestions: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; extra towels; new batteries for TV and fan remotes. There was some police activity across the street one evening, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, we had a great stay and a very fun trip to Nashville!"

"We were 8 moms and 8 girls in town for a club soccer tournament. The house was the perfect fit. Everything we needed was there. It’s a lovely property and was conveniently located for us between Franklin and Brentwood soccer games. A few negatives… the carpet in the guest house is in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. One of the rooms on the lower level of the main house has something going on with the electrical. The ceiling lights and lamps flicker continuously. We ended up...

"We had 19 people staying here, we rented units 10 & 11! We had 9 couples and one single person and the accommodations were perfect! We highly recommend! The location was great, close to everything! Extremely clean and the host was easy to get ahold of! Check in was a breeze! Stocked with so much! Extras of everything, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee etc! Just bring your food and drinks, they have everything else! Roof top was awesome!"

"Perfect accommodations! Love that you pay less than hotel prices for nicely furnished, comfortable and spotless clean apartment accommodations, including dishwasher and washer /dryer (all soaps and detergents included)! There is the added bonus of a fire put, pool, hot tub and bar, as well as indoor pool table, Connect Four and shuffleboard . All this and just 2 blocks from Broadway! The front desk staff are so friendly and goout of their way to accommodate all needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
