It was a little industrial with all of the construction around. The main door was propped open a few times by some other guests, making security a bit of an issue in my opinion

Overall, great stay for the price. Thanks! Something minor, the curtains don't block the light completely. Other than that, everything is very nice. The construction nearby is not noisy anymore. It didn't bother us at all.

Perfect for my needs. I was in Nashville for two weeks on business. Stayed in a 6th floor studio. Everything was clean. The image of the room online makes it appear that the floor is hardwood. It is actually brown cement with a lacquer. Hard to keep the blinds up at night because there was a building across the street with people who could easily see into your room, but I guess that is city living. Toilet did not have a strong flush and needed to use the plunger multiple times. Appliances and kitchenware were excellent. Good ventilation in the room as well. I only wish the room had a desk. Small table in the room, but it was hard to work on as chairs were pretty flimsy.

Good location but lots of construction next door. Clean, only one roll of TP, no laundry or dishwasher soap fyi. I’d stay again for sure.

We were a little hesitant after reading some reviews but I have to say that our 3 night stay was fantastic! Great location to Broadway, bars, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman...very clean room, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed, easy access in & out of the building. We drove from Canada so had to find parking but was pleasantly surprised that the parking garage on 7th was $40/day and easy to use once you downloaded the Metropolis app.

The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The TV would only work though a iPhone app that must be purchased to use... Parking was located across a busy street and was charging $50 per day I tried to get a refund from Sonder on day 1, but they refused
