hot tub could be better... updated. hallways need new carpet. paying for parking should allow for guests to receive breakfasts on the stay. room service would be nice considering it has an in house restaurant and bar that are open.

Property was close to the airport with a nice restaurant and pool area. Perfect for end of trip stay. The property itself did have a few things to work on, 1st being the shower water pressure which for anyone with long hair knows it can be tedious and frustrating when trying to wash soup our of long hair. 2nd was the dirty curtains in our room. They had sauce or something smugded on them. 3rd was the clumps of hair in the bathroom - saw a few which was a bit skeevey.

Weren’t aware they were doing maintenance on the patio for the rooms. So we had no patio privacy for the week. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have requested a different room.

The hotel room was gorgeous, my only complaint was the shower didn’t work.. thankfully i was only there to sleep and went to a friend’s place before even checking in but that stuck out to me.

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities including great food in the restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, and very nice rooms with balconies. We were extremely impressed with the restaurant-our food was delicious! The staff is very polite and friendly. Loved it!

Great staff. Great beds. The furniture in the bar was very tired, as were some of other areas. Was happy there were restaurants because we were too tired to search. Food was very satisfying. But the staff was so exceptional. They need a raise because they carry your property.

Hand to lug up our large suitcases up stairs or walk a mile around the hotel to our room and take a ramp. Outdoor spa closed. Will not stay here again.

This hotel was much nicer than expected. The only drawback I had was I let the front desk staff know some of the lamps had gone out in my room and a few of the wall outlets went out of order during my two-night stay, and they were unfortunately not able to get things fixed during my two night stay. When letting the front desk staff know upon checkout before flying back to the east coast, they were extremely apologetic about it and offered solutions to make it up to me. The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff will certainly have me returning if ever in the area again

Couldn’t be Better
This was a quick stop for us and it was great! Late night bar, early breakfast buffet, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff was so accommodating! This is our new main-stay when traveling through Nashville.

Everything was fine, except the mini refrigerator kept freezing whatever was put in it. I had to keep monitoring my insulin pen so it wouldn't freeze.

great for quick airport stay
Nice rooms, beautiful lobby. Outstanding staff. Wish hotels.com would post parking prices, as we did not realize we had to pay $18 additional for self parking. Only stayed as needed place near airport for early flight, did not use amenities or eat here.

Pros: The staff was accommodating and polite. The lobby, halls, restaurant, and bar were well-maintained. The restaurant’s food was good. Cons: The bathroom had mildew in the shower. My bed had an unclean smell to it although linens were clean. The mattress was not in the best condition. Housekeeping did not do a good job. I keep my room pretty organized so all they would need to do is take out garbage and fix up a bit. They did a mediocre job of that. Parking was once free, not anymore! Overall: I would not spend my money to stay here again. This is simply based on the private accommodations, but I would not mind having dinner/drinks at the restaurant/lounge once in Nashville again.
