This home and neighborhood is PERFECT in every way. I'm from Arizona so I wanted to be outside as much as possible and the property is perfect for relaxing and getting your time on a rocking chair. Loved every minute of it.

Charming Cottage
Our stay in Franklin was lovely. The cottage was cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed walking downtown to shop and eat in the many quaint shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We appreciated the cleanliness, decor and warmth of the cottage. Matt was very responsive and helpful to questions. We would definitely return!

This property was very charming
My cousin and I stayed here while attending a Christian conference in Brentwood, TN. The location was perfect- we were able to drive into Nashville, walk to downtown Franklin and the Factory shops, and easily drive to our conference. The house was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

Attention has been given to every detail.
The property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. We weren't bothered by the rainy day because it gave us an excuse to stay in a while longer and enjoy coffee and each others company in a wonderful setting.

We choose the cottage because we needed some space to prepare meals for a group, mainly assembly and warming, for serving elsewhere. The spacious kitchen was just what we needed. As presented, it was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was among the better rental beds we have ever experienced. The neighborhood was very quiet and inviting.

Where is the perfect location for an annual family gathering when you live in Michigan and Colorado? Nashville of course! Finding a quiet getaway location for our first trip to Nashville was easy when we found this perfect cottage to relax and enjoy family. Conveniently located to all the entertainment amenities offered in the area while walking distance to historic downtown Franklin. This charming cottage is pristine, comfortably well-equipped, and stocked respectfully. Matt was a fabulous host with quick responses (other hosts take note of how it should be done!) The Cottage is our favorite VRBO home and we will definitely stay here again. Hurry and book this home for your next trip! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Home
We could not be more pleased with our stay. The house is beautiful. The beds are really comfortable, and the kitchen is gorgeous! The home is very clean and beautifully furnished. Matt made sure we had no problems during our stay. There are sidewalks along Franklin Rd, making the walk to the restaurants and shops easy. We will definitely be staying here again!
