We faced a problem while checking in at the Hotel. Hotel reception said that we didn't pay for the room. I show the receipt that I got from Expedia.com. But he refused to check me in and said they didn't get any kind of payment from Expedia.com. I paid double for 1 room and 1 day. It's ridiculous

The thought of off the street comments. Was pretty sketchy walking to and from the bus stops after dark. The staff was very friendly. No place to put or store our luggage for the day. Check out was 11:00 am flight didn't leave until 9:55 pm. They are definitely doing some improvements to the outside but should definitely work on the inside!! Staff was very friendly including the main maintenance man.

There was no communication prior to us checking in that there was no water running/working to be able take a shower. We were supposed to stay there for three nights and we left after one day.

The room had bedbugs and they still tried to charge for us for one night when we went for a refund after being there for less than 5 minutes. The bathroom was dusty, and the towels were dirty.

I will never book a room there ever again i booked for Friday and Saturday got there and they had booked someone else on Saturday night the power plugs in the room are screwed up and the couch is broke down

Not the cleanest and doesn’t smell great, some outlets and lights in the room didn’t work also shower pressure was super hard and wires hanging out of the ceiling right above where the water comes out … made it work for the weekend but wouldn’t pay too much not worth it

As a motel it has the convenience element but at the cost of a reasonable hotel. The bed was clean, surrounding area was also clean. No noisy neighbours and I had a go in the cold pool. If the price was lower than what I paid at $90 I would have rated higher.

This place is disgusting. They refused to fix the toilet so we didnt have a working toilet

Property needs a facelift. Lots of peeling paint and cracked sidewalks, but they seemed to be working on improvements so some things - mostly in the bathroom - were in good condition. Good water pressure, clean bedding, and other than the floor having not been swept so it was a little gritty, it seemed ok. Fine for a quick 2 night stay.

The room was quite dirty and not in good condition. One of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door didn't lock, and the room overall was not in good condition. It also smelt very strongly of cigarettes (despite being a non-smoking room). Despite the listing mentioning a pool and hot tub, the pool was not open and the hot tub cost $150 to reserve for the day - this felt quite misleading. The laundry facilities also cost a few dollars to use. The staff were not particularly friendly but were helpful enough. This is a cheap motel with cheap facilities, but at least there were no bugs in the room.
