Very clean and central. Parking is valet only and $60 a day. It can be difficult to find a spot to drop off your car but they do their best. We were allowed to leave our car for the day after checkout which was very appreciated. Staff are very nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be central to everything.

Overall, nice stay just one complaint. Body wash in shower was completely empty upon arrival and took hours to get refill. Also, upfront info available on parking would be nice. ‘Available’ means $55/night for valet or finding a nearby garage for yourself.

Stayed overnight for a concert at the Ryman. Very quick walking distance. We had a king bedroom, loved how updated and modern it was. Hot water in the shower lasted FOREVER... Always a huge perk! Starby's in the lobby the next morning for coffee. Do wish they would have had an included breakfast but it's still worth it. Definitely will be staying here again.

Olivia at the front desk was TERRIFIC - full of knowledge about the area. She helped us save some $$ by utilizing parking down the street instead of valet, and she went out of her way to welcome us! The room was huge and everything about it was great! This was a great "home" to explore Nashville

Downgraded to small bed and told it was an upgrade
We stayed here for a concert date. We reserved and paid for a king suite room but they stuck us in a double bed room due to "renovations". When we asked for a discount for being downgraded, they told us that was not possible because we were actually being "upgraded". BS. Dont stay here until you want to sleep on a child sized bed.

The hotel is nice and staff very friendly. I called and asked for a crib and they brought one right away. I thought that was awesome! It is close to everything and a lot of options, with a Starbucks!! The only thing for me that I didn’t like was I got the room with the two double beds and they were small. Did it sleep too good but other than that it was great.
