Muy buen hotel en general. Lo mejor es la terraza del bar! Eso si, La atención en el bar nunca ha sido la mejor, ya son 3 veces que me quedo en este hotel y siempre ha sido lo mismo. Los alimentos bien pero nada espectacular. Las habitaciones siempre son lo mejor de todo, son excelentes. El baño un poco frío porque en estos hoteles les encanta que todo sea de mármol y eso más el aire acondicionado lo hace un poco frío.

El hotel tiene el tamańo justo para que sea acogedor y se pueda hacer vida de hotel. Todo funciono a la perfección, y todo el personal fue naturalmente amable. Es un hotel para seguir volviendo

Great bed sheets and pillows, tired room, ripped curtain, no view, for $1,100 per night not great. But very comfy bed which is a huge deal for us.

because of the order to evacuate my resident of Ft Myers because of the hurricane Ian that directly hit us. I attempted to ck in one day earlier and was told that there was no power, no food because restaurant closed, no AC in the room's due to the hurricane Ian that hit Ft Myers the Ritz would not have power for an indefinite period. I then fled on the afternoon of the hurricnae to the east coast of fl talked with front desk mgr. at the Ritz who indicated that there would be no charge for this reservation
