We were there for a hockey tournament, the location is perfect. Room was cold when we got there, the heater struggled to get to temp, but it was also -38, so understandable. Room was clean and comfortable.

Carpets where very dated and dirtiy, hair stuck on the shower, bathtub was not clean to use. Aircondtioner keep blowing braker and did not cool off the room. And when there was an emergency and one of our rooms had to leave the 2nd day they refused tonrefund the one night. Even after the online phoned them and asked them too

This place should not be recommended, air conditioner was not wo4king and when you started it the bracker was blowen, soap was in a pump to be shared, rug not clean. The lock on the door was loose, etc...

The hotel room was dirty, smelled bad, and had thin walls. Staff were unhelpful with requests for ice for a camping cooler, and disorganized regarding reimbursement for the damage deposit. Although claiming to be available 24/7, staff were difficult to get ahold of. Overall, I'd never stay here again and would strongly discourage others from doing so.

This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, yet all I could smell the entire night was cigarettes!! It stunk in my room and people smoking outside my door!! Told management and they said “will tell the next door neighbor to stop” - it didn’t!! A/c stopped working on a bloody hot night!! Hair was in my bath tub - not mine - and front desk lobby was used as their own living room. Very unprofessional, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
