This 5 bedroom , 3 bathroom Oceanview home. Max 8 Adults and 4-5 Children. Great Parking under the house, you can fit most any type of vehicle, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Parking Station for the Golf Carts . Enjoy our covered porches on a sunny or raining day , lots of seating and dining table, outdoor TV. Upon entering the house , the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. So spacious for all to sit cook , eat enjoy family and friends . The first Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and allows lots of space for all you food and supplies .Washer and dryer on the first floor. 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 queen, 2 full, 4 twin.
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rental peak season. Check in by 4pm, Check out is by 10am.
NO Pets No Smoking/Vaping inside the house. No House Parties. Must be 25 years to rent. Linens are not included and can be requested for additional fee. Golf cart is NOT included. Parking passes are $12.00 per day per vehicle paid to Ocean Lakes

A dream vacation!
Our family with four children under 5 stayed for the week. It was the perfect spot. Super close to the beach and only a short trip to all other amenities. The house was perfect. Any issues we had were immediately resolved by the owner who was so patient with us and very responsive. The price was very fair for the location and time of year. We would definitely book this home again!

Our best stay at Ocean Lakes yet!
This house was beautiful! We’ve stayed at multiple houses in Ocean Lakes over the years and this one was our absolute favorite! It was clean, smelled good, the perfect size with the perfect amount and sizes of beds and only about 7 houses from the beach! We could tell by the communication from the owner that it was important to him that we enjoy our time in his vacation home and make memories with our family. We’ve also decided to stay in this home from now on when we go to Ocean Lakes (which is every summer)!

Seconds from the beach
Great house only 200 steps from the sand. Plenty of room in the house for the 11 family members that went. We did not feel like we were on top of one another at any point. Down stairs where we parked was awesome with the outdoor tv and lounge area. Well lit. Porch area was great to sit on at night. We had room for three cars and three golf carts. Great memories were made.

Perfect Spot
House was even better than advertised! It had a very well stocked kitchen and the view off the front porch was so nice. A quiet street was perfect for a 7 year old to ride his bike and the swing under the balcony was a blast for the 7 and 11 year olds. We could walk to the beach and had a short golf cart ride to the pools and stores. We will be going back there! And the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to emails.

Our stay here was amazing! David made everything so easy and was always available if we needed anything. The way this house is set up worked great for our group of 11. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the outdoor living spaces were great. We will definitely be staying here again

just not Paradice
The house was clean and plenty of room. The main problem was the master bedroom. No closet: had nowhere to hang our clothes and the mattress was worn out and sunk to the middle badly. My wife sleep in the bed and I slept on the sofa. We both could not sleep in the bed because we continuedly rolled to the middle. TY remotes were missing and could not watch TV in in the master bedroom as well. This made our stay very unpleasant.

Overall, a good stay
We stayed for two consecutive weeks and enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Although we were a group of 10, one golf cart was sufficient (We brought our own.) since the beach was an easy walk. The home was nice. Communication with the owner was good once we were at the property. We paid in full early March and vacationed end of June/early July. There was little to no communication until a renter before us left the house in a mess. (At which point he called me because he thought it was me.) I understand a mix up happening, but instead of much apology, he just asked that I care for his home and let me know how much he was having to pay to remedy the mess. I guess at that point cameras were installed outside and we felt like we were being watched constantly. To the extent that he texted one day to ask me to turn off the tv when we aren't watching it. (outside) I just hated the fact that we felt like we were walking on eggshells the entire stay even after paying quite a bit of money to stay. We also did the linen rental. Sheets and house towels were sufficient but only had three beach towels for the entire group. Nice house, helpful owner most of the time. Hopefully, it was that our timing was unfortunate.

Great space and great amenities at Ocean Lakes
Owners very timely in responding to texts. The house has great space to accommodate larger groups. The two decks and the tv space outside were a bonus. It was very quick and easy access to the beach. Our only negatives were: The street getting in and out was extremely tight for larger vehicles; the absence of a golf cart in a golf cart community. Overall our family had a great experience!

Much needed Vacation
Had a little trouble getting in the house but owner was quick to answer the phone and helped us get in. The place was awesome with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Everyone had their own rooms with tv’s (somehow, they still took over the Livingroom tv). Two rooms upstairs had queen beds with a balcony access. The other two had bunkbeds with full on bottom and twin on top plus a twin bed in the room. Two bathrooms upstairs with one each side of the house. Master bedroom was down stairs which was great with less steps to climb. Kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook with plus some. The gas grill outside was a tricky to figure out and use but it does work. There is also a charcoal grill but never got around to grilling out another night. Hated the golf kart was not available because it was very nice but we understood. Everyone loved the house and hated to leave when the week was up. If you have a big family this is the house to rent!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Lakes in this house. The house is conveniently located close to the beach. The pool and water park are a bit further away but still easy to get to. The house is beautiful, spacious and worked out very well for my family and friends. The owner is very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Great Vacation
We enjoyed very much staying at this location. We had a little trouble getting in but the owner was right on the phone helping us pronto! Beds were very comfortable which doesn't always happen in rental properties. We would definitely stay at this location again!
