It was good but the hotel is old. Elevator didn’t work the whole time so guest used the staff elevator. Cleanliness needs improvement. Service is good. Food was all Pakistani, very little western food.

Comfortable stay
We stopped over for one night while on a road trip. The room was very comfortable but not very spacious, the bathroom seemed a bit dated but water pressure and amenities were good. Nice breakfast.Overall a good stay.
I had an excellent stay and the hotel service was fantastic.I would recommend for anyone how come to Multan to come and choose Ramada hotel in multan all the best to the staff and management I would say it was wonderful experience Asalamoalaykum to you all in my duwas and prayers suma Ameen

Had to change three rooms as none of the rooms is sound proof so hearing traffic noise all the time.
Heating system was terrible as staff change setting to air conditioning so had to call service several times.
Staff start hovering in the lobby early in the morning and have no sense if people are sleeping at that early time.
There are many more but I will not waste more of my time on this

i hope your stay with us was comfortable.regrading the room rent we would upgrade your room but we already quoted you lowest price as you have been our regular customer ,Next time we will surely upgraded your as per request .
We stayed at the Ramada as it was near the airport and the hotel has a courtesy drop off service for the airport. Lovely hotel and excellent service from all staff. We were unable to go out and about in the surrounding area due to only staying for one night and arriving in the evening.We chose the Ramada due to its close proximity to the airport.
Très bel hotel, service impeccable, lounge à l'étage très agreeable pour aller prendre une collation ou une boisson. Literie de très bonne qualité. Hôtel très calme.
