"Overall our stay was fine with a few issues. 1. Location is not the best, would look for other options closer to French Qtr. 2. Thin walls, could hear neighboring rooms. 3. Visible code compliance issues. Door to room did not have smoke gaskets, windows were inoperable could not have been used for emergency egress. 4. No thermostat in room, no control of room temperature. Will not return."

"Wish I was given more info about switching properties. Thought for a couple days that I was being scammed. Luckily, I was not but, better communication would’ve been nice. Overall, it was a good stay, though. Nice property/room/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Just what we needed for a couple nights."

"It was a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Charleston. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was great. The location is a bit far from the main activity in the historic district but it gives you a good opportunity to walk the full length of King Street and see all of the shops. "Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place."
