"Perfect place for universal and first trip to Orlando. After staying here and getting express pass, the location and overall experience is far better than disney. Express pass is the real bonus, makes the park experience so much better (and way better than disney if you want to avoid queues with a little one). Hotel great. Went to the Starbucks for breakfast every morning, they do cereals, milk, pastries, and lots of other stuff. Easy for little ones and very flexible. Refill water and drinks there too. Would definitely stay again. Our highlight of Orlando was staying here and would be a big reason if we would come back to revisit. Pool is great. Shallow water for little ones and good bar and food at the pool. Self parking is easier than valet. The car park is 1 minute walk. Grounds are really nice and gives you a tropical holiday feel. Only negative was that the power in rooms doesn't power everything eg a fan. "

"This is a fantastic property. For a theme park resort it has a laid back feel, which makes for a great escape from the mid day crowds at Universal. The transportation to and from the parks ran every 10 minutes so no long waits. The food court was excellent but a little slow at times. The pool is large and never felt crowded any time that we went. The room was great except for a design flaw in the bathroom. the door opens into the toilet and shower. This creates awkward moments when showering or other. That being said we would still stay hear in the future."

"Very convenient and great quality for the price. Can be noisy at night but can’t beat the location (very close to Universal with shuttle bus to and from the parks). Would definitely recommend. "
