"I came with two friends. We were here to bike the Colchester Causeway and do some kayaking. We also visited the Ethan Allen homestead and spent time in Burlington shopping and dining. The house was in the perfect location and was just lovely. It was a mix of quaint eclectic and lake decor. The beds were very comfortable, there was a nice kitchen and dining area and a cosy living room. We were steps away from the dock and kayak launch so there was always the sound of water lapping the beach....

"The property I think is as described and the location by the causeway is pretty fantastic, that is the big draw. Being able to walk/ride out to the causeway is excellent. Little things though marred the experience for me. Tiny coffee machine that is a little broken (top falls off, often into cup as you pour) - very cheap and can only make 2 cups. "We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves despite bad weather all week. The property is as described. The view was lovely and we appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was well-stocked in terms of dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. The only potential issue is that the stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms are very steep, as others have noted, and our dog wasn’t able to climb them. Other than that, the place was very comfortable and it was great to get away."

"We had a wonderful experience at this farmhouse location with easy access to mutiple surrounding attractions. Jessica greeted us with a smile upon arrival. She and her husband, Chad proved to be a most pleasant and accommodating couple. The rental was dutch clean, and there was plenty of amenities on site. The bed was quite comfortable and the property was quiet. We recommend this rental for anyone interested in visiting the area."

"Our stay at Hampton Inn, Plattsburgh has always been very pleasant. We are regular customers. Hotel is well located, close to everything but in a quiet environment. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent as well as other facilities such as breakfast place or the lobby with its fresh coffee. However, the greatest quality of the hotel is its staff: Diane at the restaurant keeps the place very clean and the food is quality, appetizing and fresh. The staff at the front desk are very nice and professional, like Chris and Karen, but we want to emphasize excellent customer service and high professionalism on the part of Jennifer B. When we talk about CSI, Jennifer B. deserves a 10/10 rating. "
