My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building"

"Easy to find and access. Central location, Mausoleum and Tower in easy walking distance and tram just around the corner. Very large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Lacking in tea towels and cleaning products in the kitchen but that was the only negative. Definately recommend and would happily stay there again. "

"We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure."

When we called the number in France, a man answered and he quickly realised that he double booked the property - even though we booked and paid in full for the booking more than 2 months in advance! He then refused to help us any further. We then spent the rest of the evening on the phone to hotels.com trying to find alternative...

"No communication from the apartment, no response to my email, text and calls. I ended up stranded for 3 hours. I had to find a last minute replacement. Expedia also tried to contact the apartment to no avail. Avoid at all cost. "
