Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit dated, would have preferred a room with a key card or passcode but you get 1 physical key. The inn is very quiet but the hotel is a short distance away with a bit more emtertainment. I liked that you have access to all facilities of the Bay Gardens properties once you're a guest at one.

Fantastic stay at The Ladera. A real romantic stay with an open view across the pitons. The scenery was amazing and the resort continues to add and renovate extra features for you to explore. We loved the on-site nature trail and we didn't have a bad meal for our entire stay. We were well looked after and always greeted by name. Well done Ladera and staff!

The rooms have zero soundproofing as completely open to nature and the busy, noisy road close by. Difficult to sleep at night with all the traffic and animals noises. Recommend it for a few nights, but no more than 2-3 max
