The staff was the most amazing collection of talent and I was blown away by the service by Clive, Ivan (the terror), all the security guards (over the top helpful with local places and how to get there safely). Everyone genuinely loves working there. I will returning in three weeks!

It is close to the town center of Ocho Rios. Shopping for anything was walking distant there is a balcony overlooking the carribean sea and the rooms were well kept. The staffs were friendly The wifi was poor and the the tv in the rooms are small.

Ive stayed at this property many times and is becoming dilapidated! There is no upkeep occurring on any of the interior or exterior ( except the lobby). I was actually shocked at how run down it has become, particularly the exterior and seaside.

Continental breakfast was two slices of bread, butter and coffee. This was horrible. There is no beach, pool or anything to entertain oneself. There is no internet access for guess, the television does not work. The bed springs were all damaged so you felt like you were sleeping on a deflated bed. The plumbing in the bathroom was also faulty. I am so sad and hurt that i trusted Expedia and they recommended this property to me. I am losing my confidence in them.

Loved that the property is right on the water. Did not like that the property is run down and appears unkempt. The mattresses need replacing and the faucets and tiles appeared old, dirty and in need of repairs.

The pictures they have for this place must be 10 years old. The pool is drained, the bar is gone, the bed was horribly rickety, there's no fridge or coffee maker in the rooms, no washcloths, drinking water is not easily accessible. We had the room booked for 8 nights, but we left after the first. The view from the patio is nice, the feral cats are fun to feed, but that was about it.

The staffs were friendly the property is very close to the town center of Ocho Rios so it was walking distant to most of the places we wanted to go and things we wanted to do like shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and clean with two beds to each room . The property is right next to the sea with a balcony for each rooms so you can sit on the balcony and look over into the sea . However there were two small inconveniences that can be fix easily. The Tvs are very small and the property need a stronger wifi system for the rooms. The wifi is stronger in the lobby area though. Overall i would give this property a 8 of 10.

This hotel was nothing like in any of the pics or details. My room although the view was spectacular the internet was sporadic at best. The dated broken tile floors in my room. Water was always cold no warmth for showering(good thing i was burnt from the sun fealt ok lol) the breakfast included dry cold brown toast and a coffee and if you wanted a second cup it was 3000 J. Friendly staff as long as you paid them for whennyou asked directions or where is this or that everything was about extorting thier guests. Would not reccomend to ever go there! Because of its locality going out at night was not an option as you would need an escort to make it back yo the hotel safely which agsin can only be bought off as the locals would not let you near the area to get back unless you paid them. Other tgsn that it was Blast! Lol

I checked out the next morning staff was great but the property is in terrible condition and needs updating pool was broken, kitchen and bar closed at 5pm continental breakfast was toast and jelly with tea , also no entertainment , however I purchased breakfast from the kitchen and it was great I , she chef and the lady at the front desk tried their best to accommodate us but I decided to leave and check out despite paying for 4 nights and only stayed for one , if they do some updates I would consider revisiting,

I went to this hotel 3 years ago and was amazing, but this time was horrible. The sheets smelt nasty, washroom was clogging. The staff was impolite and not nice, coffee was cold and beyond nasty. The place was disgusting, never again. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere and wasted my money. Don’t stay here, get ur money worth plz!
