"Ida helped us when we arrived. She was quick to communicate via WhatsApp and excellent at showing the apartment even though we had a slight language barrier. Apartment was spacious and we had more than enough room for three of us (husband myself and daughter). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Large refrigerator for Italy was an added plus. "The property was in a great location and fairly roomy. We were frustrated when we advised the host that we would be arriving at 2:45pm and got a text back saying they would be there in 20minutes. We waited on the street with all of our luggage for 30 minutes only to have the host arrive, take us to the apartment and realize it hadn't been cleaned. We were asked to leave our luggage at the apartment for a couple of hours so it could be cleaned. We were tired from travelling but had no choice....

"We stayed here in the end of July. It is a spacious apartment that is near the old Bari area. Check in was a bit odd, as our host's friends let us in and gave us the keys without even stepping foot into the apartment (no checking passports or ID or anything). They had been doing some work in the apartment so there was a strong smell of superglue / adhesive in one of the rooms. There was also large water stains on the wall of the main room that had been painted over. It was hot (85F) that week...
