I liked that I was able to fix the dates when I accidentally booked the wrong dates. They also make sure if something is missing the will give you what you need. Very hospitable.

The room was disgusting. I can’t believe the company would put there name on this property. I looked like someone put a hammer to the front & BR doors. Toilet seat was loose & missing a bolt to hold the seat in place. i would not recommend staying here.

No towels in room, no remote, tv cable was out, phone did not work. Had to ask for more toliet paper. Continental breakfast was out of everything but cereal, no juice either. Ice machine looked bad, with no ice dont think it worked at all.

Run down & grimy. Had to change rooms 3 times & still had an issue but gave up bc all the rooms were run down! One had only one working light, the second had a broken shower head and the third had a grimy tub & a broken lamp. Staff seems nice but overwhelmed. Would NOT recommend.

Checked in to our room. Upon opening the room the scent of must and mold was overpowering. Sheets and pillow cases were clearly not changed out since the last user and likely not recently at all. Read other reviews of this property and realized we should have done so before making a reservation. Checked out and found a different hotel to stay at for the night as there was no sign or indication given that anything would be better in a different room. Out our money, but feeling lucky to have avoided the potential health hazards staying at this property would have opened us up to.

What a horrible mistake on our part to stay here. Staff just didn’t care, zero safety - front door bolt was missing as was the interior knob to the bathroom. Outside area was trashed with garbage cans overflowing. The “continental breakfast” was a loaf of bread and some jelly cups - lazy guy at front desk said “no one placed the food order.” TV only worked after it warmed up. Bedsheets were nasty - very nasty. Would not recommend. If I can you give it zero stars, I would.

This place is horrible. Carpets are nasty, customer service is good UNTIL you have an issue. Toilet was leaking, shower curtain dirty I could go on and on. Don’t stay here I would rather sleep in the car!

When I arrived at the property to check in, I found the lobby door locked and the front desk associate standing in the parking lot talking to someone parked in a vehicle. I waited 3 to 5 minutes and she finally walked over, unlocked the door and checked me in. Microwave in my room did not work and the showerhead was broken as I discovered this morning while trying to shower and leave. Will not stay there again.

From the moment I saw the motel; I knew that I would regret booking there. It’s a motel for transient people (street walkers & addicts). I stayed in room 315. There were no towels. The bathroom door knob was broken and my husband got locked in from the inside. The towels that we had to go to the front desk to ask for were filthy. The “free breakfast” was packs of oatmeal, instant grits, and activia yogurt sitting on ice packs. We witnessed a woman getting beat and a man threatening to shoot the hotel up. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I will never stay here again.

Worst place I have ever been in. Old, dirty, vent fan hanging from wires into shower. Out of food. Antique age carpet. We didn’t want to touch ANYTHING. On our way back today and I will never stay at a Wyndham property. Days Inn had clean, inexpensive rooms. How tragic.

Expected some kind of breakfast, nothing.no tea and limited bad coffee. Heat in room didn't work. Room was clean, comfortable bed, staff did what they could. Remote missing batteries and staff fixed. Very small TV.

No ice in ice machine. Drinks in vending machines were hot. Rooms are outdated and poorly kept. Stains on walls and floors. Hair in shower and on bed. Security guard walks around peeking in windows, where curtains do not close all the way. Would never recommend this motel to anyone.

As a disabled person they put me on 3rd floor. The elevator didnt work. Was 1 ice machine it didnt work. In my room there was no light bulbs in the big lamps. There was 2 microwaves but neither worked. There was no door knob on the inside of the bathroom door. The the tv also didnt work. No towels in the room and the phone in the room didnt work..

The first room we were assigned to was 342. We had the heater on 30 mins and the room was not getting warmer, only cold air was blowing and it was on heat. We let them know and they moved us to room 310. The heat and air wouldnt even turn on. Finally we were put in room 341 and the heat worked. The other issue we had was the bedsheets were stained and nasty. The bathrooms were dirty and floors needed cleaning. They advertised free breakfast and have a huge kitchen/dining area but no breakfast. Only cereal or a muffin. Also only one towel per room...we booked stating 3 guests. When asking for extra towels they could only give one more. This was absolutely terrible experience and I will not stay at Days Inn ever again!

Will never stay here again!!
It has been a disaster since arriving. There is no iron or ironing board, that's the beginning. The second thing is, the towels are all stained, there is no decent towel without a stain on em. The internet keeps kicking you out, and I know it's just wifi, but their server is terrible. They can't even upgrade. No joke I went to continental breakfast 4 times while I stayed here, and there is only coffee and cereal, nothing else.

Stay away from days inn on Inn Road Mobile Alabam
Worst i have ever stayed at.first night there i was moved to 3 different rooms trying to find one we could stay in. The 3rd one was the best of the three. Floor lamp not plugged in. Wall lights at bed no power. Top cover on bed two burn holes. Mini frig ice in top 3 inches thick. Heater would not heat passed 65 degrees. Went to take shower, no wash cloth, said they didn't any until next day. No shower curtain. Phone was dead, no ice machine working, continental breakfast, had three pieces of bread, two types of ceral.supply truck did not run. Was gone 10 hours, came back late NO ONE had been in to clean or fix problems. I got curtin from maid and puf it on in shower. Front desk says if you stay over no one comes in to clean until you leave. This is the short version of my two nights stay.

When I arrived and checked in which took forever. Then the elevator didn’t work so had to lug all the bags up the stairs. I went to get ice and the ice machine didn’t work and both coke machines were empty of everything. I advised the young lady at the desk and she didn’t say anything about having it checked out. I contacted hotels.com and asked for a credit toward my stay. They called the hotel and they lied saying everything worked and they refused a credit. The only good thing about the stay was the bed was comfortable.

The first room, on the third floor, had aTV that didn’t work. The second room, also on the third floor, didn’t have any heat. The third room, on the second floor, at least had heat and a working TV. However, the room didn’t have any towels. I had to move my things 3 times to different sides of the facility. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The first room had no remote, housekeeping brought one. And it didn’t work, then the tv blacked out. I was moved to another room. It had to shower curtain, no wash clothes. Apparently one of the housekeepers used the bathroom before and didn’t fully flush. And the heat wasn’t working good. I froze all night and had to try to sleep fully dressed with a jacket on. The night time front desk attendant wasn’t helpful or caring about customers service. I will never stay there again😡

House keeping was terrible shortage of pillows no washcloths There was a crack around the door you could stick your finger through. The breakfast was a big disappointment compared to Days Inn in Biloxi where we stayed in September.

Where do I start? Do not take kids to this hotel. They had people all hours of the night smoking dope and knew they were there. When we said something about room all they said is we get dep refund. There wasn’t a refrigerator, microwave , smoke detector, or covers. There wasn’t any towels at all second night and had to go ask for some and was told they might not have any. Let’s just say we were up in the office several times. For just basic stuff. Like clean pillows that weren’t already used. Etc.

The room was nice. The bathtub was nasty. They didn’t provide enough towels for two nights. They came to door to ask for dirty towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. Altogether, the stay was suitable however if you like a nasty tub and free loaders outside of you room all night then this is the stay for you.
