"Amazing first impression. Long driveway that ends at an absolutely stunning Log House. Easy access and the host was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to see the Northern Lights in all their glory in a peaceful and still setting. The rental unit is immaculate, new and stylish, well appointed and the kitchen is spectacular. I’m definitely going to stay there again if it’s available. 1000% the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in."

"We rented the lodge to celebrate our union ceremony and were absolutely blown away by the lodge. The pictures really do not do this gem service, it’s all the better in person. Family was breath taken by the river view and the splendor of the lodge. With 16 people it felt absolutely comfortable and not in any way crowded. The stay blew our expectations away! It was the north shore location of my dreams."

"Great place to stay with family- loved the hot tub and the size of the cabin. Lots of room to spread out! Just a few areas for improvement that would have made it even better: appliances were wonky. Freezer was broken, microwave didn’t really work. Expired food in the fridge, someone’s dirty clothes in the washing machine, personal items left in showers. Lights in back bedrooms didn’t work. No closet racking was a bit of a pain. Otherwise wonderful home!"

"My partner and I stayed two nights with our 1 year old pup and had a great time. The roads up the Gunflint were well plowed and the hosts gave us instructions for an easy self check-in. The room was affordable, clean, the bed was comfortable, and the upstairs shared kitchen/community space has a large deck overlooking the lake. Hosts were great with communication."
