I tipped them on credit card and they never got it. I know they are contracted but still. The restaurant has wonderful food but the bartender has n duty should not be a bartender. Really struggling with maybe 10 people at the bar. Only sat people at the bar because he couldn’t handle the walk to the tables. But great...

"Check in was good, however we request room closer to the ocean view away from the street. When we arrived, we were giving a room closer to the street and elevator. We went back and requested another room in the area we asked for and they only could give us a room four doors down. Disappointed because we have stayed at this hotel several times and request the same and only to receive the same closer to the street. Our sliding door didn't lock and the front door hard to open.
