I felt she went above and beyond and was extremely appreciative of her service. We did have issues with our TV as well, at which the front desk person on duty helped us in a timely manner and was helpful as well. "

"I was having a difficult time sleeping and went for a walk around midnight. When I returned, my key card did not work. Ok, not a big deal. I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top..."

"We are in one area but have to travel between work (truck driver) school , and various church missions. Thisocation makes it possible to stay in one location without having to lug out belongings everywhere. It is quiet, friendly, peaceful, and nobody bothers you.
