The staff were very friendly and professional, and always available to help. The concierge Walter got us tickets to La Scala for a performance that was officially listed as sold out. "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Amazing service by all staff, especially the room service waiters and the door men. So friendly and made my little boy smile everyday. We felt so welcome staying at this hotel, even with a 15month old. Room service both breakfast and evening meal was great! And my favourite was the little touches we would come back to every evening. From flowers, chocolates, to birthday cake. This stay was extra special. Thank you all!"
