The house was great and the 120 acres were so beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again. "The house is large with plenty of room for a lot of people. It was very clean. The blinds could use some repair. The kitchen was well appointed and the temperature was comfortable. We all liked having our own bathrooms! The area was very nice. We were pleased with the large yard where we watched the eclipse. Jesus had folding chairs to use. The fire pit was a lot of fun. The grill came in handy. Highly recommended for large groups to spend some time together!"

"If you are staying just to sleep and shower it is the perfect place to stay. It isn’t anything super fancy but it is simple and conveniently located by everything you need. We were able to wash and dry our clothes daily which was a huge bonus after eating at a bbq restaurant. Plenty of things to do in the neighborhood."
