"Steven contacted me prior to our arrival to offer an upgrade due to a problem with the originally booked house. We particularly needed a king sized bed and so he changed again to a third house. It was lovely and in a newer, upscale neighborhood. He responded instantly the few times I needed to be in touch, and always happily helped. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay."
