The house is a block away from the water, the Wellwood and the market Street cafe. Great food at both locations. Located 4 miles from North East MD. We will definitely be back."

"The property was clean, easy to access, and the host was easy to communicate with. The toilet didn’t work upon arrival, so we had maintenance in and out during our stay to fix it. There was also no fire pit in the backyard as is advertised in the photos in this listing."

"Our stay in Bear was very nice. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and my wife enjoyed jogging in the morning. Plenty of access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies/convenience stores. Uber trips to UD were also convenient and it was a 15-20 ride to campus. We would stay here again."

"1. The room was not like the picture. 2. It is basically a small motel with um, unusual guests and a shared bathroom. 3. The air conditioner would not turn on properly. 4. The owner was communicative and nice, so that was a positive. "

"Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price."

"Booked this 1 bedroom unit & was given check in details/ house rules. Unit was very clean/ brand new condition. Check in process was smooth. Unit was as advertised down to the T… fast wifi responsive host (in case you need assistance) location near multiple restaurants/points of interest. Had an excellent stay & would return/recommend!!!"

"We stayed 4 nights and it was the perfect place! Plenty of space, nicely decorated, lovely view of the canal, and very close to all that Chesapeake City has to offer. Wonderfully clean and the manager couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful! We hope to stay again next year! Thank you!"

"Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small...

"The place overall is very simple and nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable And decided to not stay the extra night and come home and use my own bed. Overall, very clean very nice."
