Villas in Micanopy

"We stayed here for 6 days and absolutely loved it. We hit a deer right after we left home and our trip was delayed. The owner and housekeeper were very accommodating with our late arrival and worked with us. The housekeeper was very nice. The home is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. We was only an hour away from st. Augustine. We loved being close enough to drive an hour to the ocean With out staying in a big city. We will definitely stay here again."

"What better place to read a biography of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, than on this front porch? We loved the song birds and walking in the cemetery. The property was so close to downtown Micanopy, Payne's Prairie and Gainesville, that day trips were easy and relaxed. We had everything we needed and the house was clean and well tended. We hope to return."

"The location was very nice. The house was a nice layout and has a lot of potential. We really liked the place, but the house needs to be upgraded in many areas (shower, toilets, kitchen). Lots of dust under furniture and window sills. BBQ grill needs to be replaced (no heat deflectors, bottom rusted away completely). Our comments are meant to encourage owners to improve this property. It would definitely be worth putting time/effort/money into. It was a delightful place and we’d stay there...
