I loved the shuttle transportation to and from the airport and to the pier for our cruise, the relaxing pool and jacuzzi, bar on the premises and the restaurant, plus breakfast included, and the 5 pm happy hour . We will stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future

Hotel customer service checking in and out was very good. Early check-in allowed for a $20 fee. Room and bedding were clean, room was spacious for 2 people. Elevator was out and pool empty during my stay. Hotel only has 2 floors, so the steps were easy to manage. No pets were allowed, and I appreciated that. Hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was served the next day. no eggs though. But good hotel for price and service. This is definitely the best hotel in Creedmoor/Butner or at least at exit 191. Will definitely stay here again! Good job!

We stayed for 1 night at this location and had 3 rooms booked with group of friends and families. Our room had broken toilet and clogged sink. I called in the front desk. Waited till midnight and no one came to check it. Called twice in 4 hrs. Had to use washroom in our friends suite instead. Reported next morning at the front desk and no response. Hoping the guests can be attended in a promot manner. Rooms should not be charged and rented out especially if the washroom is not in working condition.

The property is very close to the airport. Rooms are suites and large and come with a coffee maker, setting sofa, dining table, refrigerator, safe etc. I was asked to pay $$ for one hour early check-in but later this was waived as I decided to wait ....location of the hotel is ok if you have your transport otherwise you are confined with the hotel as there is nothing around. The hotel shuttle is unpredictable. I took a hotel shuttle to the airport to buy stuff and had to wait, in the shuttle pickup area, for one hour to be picked up and the hotel reception wasn't helpful. No complimentary water in the room unless you are a silver or gold member.

Unlimited dinning, the outlets around the pool areas was not working. The 10 floor ice machine was not working. Ramon the bartender was rude. I only as for ice, he gave me a nasty look because he was cleaning up closing he was just rude.

Excellent ambiance and location to airport. Too noisy though. Planes and trains every 3 minutes. Light sleepers won’t get any sleep.

Was fantastic! We arrived early and was able to drop off luggage early with the bellhop and was given a key to go to the pool until checkin also the free breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well, would definitely stay here again!

There was a roach crawling across our pillows! There was also ants on the bed sheets. The front desk staff was rude. They double booked our room as someone was in our room when we tried to access eith the digital key. If it wasn't for the door jamber, we would have walked in on someone as our key worked. Front desk gave us an attitude as they switched us to another room saying we were only here for 1 night.

Everything was great. A little confusing trying to get the shuttle from the airport to hotel. There is no clear phone number to get them but after a while we found it

I have stayed at multiple Embassy Suites before. This one by far has been the worst! The maids do NOT come daily to clean your room, they will NOT give you extra towels if you ask. The hot tub water was green, and dirty. We never saw anybody come and clean it the five days we stayed here. The parking is $25 a night something that is not mentioned in the booking. You will NOT have a good nights sleep as this is a noisy hotel. You hear the planes all night and if that noise is not enough then you get to hear the train. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The cruise port shuttle operator, run by an outside company, probably needs customer service training and was not organized at all. We always love the included breakfast buffets and specifically choose Embassy Suites for this. Coffee at this location however was not good. Maybe change to a different brand. Otherwise a quick, but as always, wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Miami!
