I love staying at Hotel Greystone! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bar is a sexy atmosphere to enjoy a drink. I stay here every time I visit Miami.

I always suggest to rent a car only if you going to use it to go long distances while your here, if not I wouldn't recommend it. You have plenty of ways to get around including trolleys. Our stay here was incredible! The service was top tier, the pool and pool bar/staff was fantastic and the restaurant/chef was simply amazing! I will be returning again and again. Bravo Greystone, your service was outstanding!

This was a wonderful place. The staff was absolutely wonderful on my very last day. Our flights did not leave until later in the evening, so we still had access to the beach and still to be able to get access to the beach. We still had access to the hotels pool and the staff was very nice about holding our bags the Hotel was very clean. Nice only complaint that I would have is the water didn’t drain the best in the shower. The door didn’t close really well but other than that it was great.

This is my go-to hotel when staying in miami. However, today the receptionist was incredibly rude on sunday april 28. Too bad because i am a returning customer

Hotel Greystone is well maintained and a class act! Nice "welcome" bottle of wine in our room with handwritten note. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Loved the location to beach (chairs & towels included), stores and restaurants. Roof top pool and area were beautiful and nice cozy courtyard to enjoy in the evening. Only downside is room was a little small but loved how eco friendly this hotel is. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary at the end of March and loved every minute. Super close to the beach and convenient for lots of restaurants and shopping! The roof top pool was clean and not overcrowded. The bar tender was attentive and super sweet! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly consistently for our stay. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The house keeping staff did a great job daily keeping our living space fresh 🙂 The noise level at night was not bad at all. I'm a light sleeper and I got great night's sleep every night. I highly recommend and will be back!

A beautiful.property, perfectly located in South Beach. I really dont have anything negative to write. I would have liked for the restauraunt tonhave been open for breakfast but thats about it. A wonderful hotel!

We had a wonderful time at the Greystone. The location can't be beat, the room was very clean and modern, the pool was lovely, and the staff was very helpful.

Nice art deco building, pretty lobby. however pool area was neglected with construction half finished covered with a tarp. There is a club next door and it was super noisy in the room untill 2 am even on weeknights. Was not up to expectations especially for a « superior » room. No solution was offered by staff since the hotel was fully booked.
