Would recommend staying here! The apartment was very nice and modern and had all the amenities necessary. It felt safe because of the locked entrance in the lobby which needs a code and the staff members that are always downstairs. It was relatively quiet, you might near some street noise intermittently. The view from the balcony was so nice! You are within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. You’re in a prime location of Roma Nte.

Property was not cleaned properly, we had to do extra cleaning. The fact that they do not include cleaning as part of the amenities it’s not a good thing, or that they charge extra for that service or toilet paper. They also do not offer clean towels and they laundry room is very small, some of the washing machines and dryers do not work, the hours of operation are also not so helpful. We were verbally assaulted on our second last night on a street 2 min away from the hotel, so having more security or police close by can make visitors feel more secured.

Plavce was super comfortable and staff were really nice, even with the occasional language barrier confusion. Super safe too with a constant concierge and codes to the doors. The street is a bit noisy being a main road - but ear plugs were also provided in the apartment. 5 stars!

Security was good. People are friendly. It was noisy srea. I reserved a queen size bed but they provide a double size bed which was too small and uncomfortable for us. Refrigerator was so noisy all night. They delivered a heater at my request but that was out of order.

Checking-in and out were super-easy. Room was modern, well-maintained and had all the amenities one would need for a five-day stay. Perfect neighborhood that was centrally located, and the outdoor space and views were pretty incredible!

The property was very nice and safe, for a good price. As for the kitchen, it would always be better if some cooking oil and salt were included. We had to buy a kilo of salt across the street because the store did not sell anything smaller ! There was no large pot, only a small one , so boiling water for potatoes or pasta was very difficult. Please consider this . The coffee machine did not work on the Américano setting , only the espresso setting. But the espresso was good. It was great to have a free laundry room with soap. And potable water in the kitchen. We recommend it, but the kitchen should be fully stocked.

The property feels like a study abroad dorm. I switched rooms when I was given a room different from what I booked, and the new room had no windows. Like a tomb or a casino? Still loads of road noise somehow. The property is supposed to have a gym but doesn’t. It’s okay, it’s safe, but it’s not a nice place to stay.
