I had a great experience at Novotel. Staff cleaned my hotel room on a daily basis. The hotel is near a lot of great tourist spots that are not far by car. The staff is really friendly as well. I would recommend this hotel as well because in the area you get to experience more of the local way of life l.

The staff were excellent. The Hotel was super clean. They lost hot water our last day. Our room faced the busy street side so lots of morning traffic. The breakfast was awesome. Eggs, pancakes to order besides buffet. Awesome location to walk all over Zócalo and historic area.

We stayed at this property and everything was great but the rooms were extremely small. Pictures were a bit deceiving and the room was barely big enough for 2 people. No privacy doors in the bathroom. However, staff was nice - rooms were clean and it was near the city! Hotel was good if you're going for a quick stay!

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. I can offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal closet for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor. One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers and 1 or 2 folding luggage racks available. Another side table by the bed would be nice too, and a mini fridge.
