Welcome home, welcome to the heart of La Condesa. Get ready to live in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city, in a place filled with history, and in a charming apartment.

The location couldn't be better. Mazatlán is one of the best-connected avenues in the area with everything you are looking for an unforgettable travel experience. Here are some of the greatest restaurants, special concept stores, antique and book stores. Need a little bit more? You’ll be just a few minutes from La Roma and Juárez neighborhood, Chapultepec, and the Centro Histórico area.

The apartment is located in the Edificios Condesa, a group of residential buildings considered historic, for its more than one hundred years and for preserving the original style inspired by Art Deco and Nouveau. Have we said that on the first level you’ll find local stores that promote the local economy, such as little shops selling fruits, vegetables, local food…?

When you arrive on the fourth floor, you’ll feel at home. A cozy and well-illuminated space welcomes you with everything you need: a living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a hallway that leads to a bathroom and the main room, which also has a full bathroom, and a small study with a sofa bed.

This apartment is beautiful. Big windows and bench seats add to its charm. We were 3 people and it was comfortable. It is in a safe, historic complex in a walkable residential area, with a great restaurant right on the corner. Our host was very helpful and communicative. She helped us book a great tour of Teotihuacan. She also checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Although there is a single ac in the master bedroom, we had no need for it during our stay in April. Access to the shower in the master bedroom can be inconvenient. Our host showed us the trick for using the shower. We recommend this property.

Nice place, great location
Good. We thought the apt had two bathrooms. Actually had 1.5. Also, we understood that the kitchen had a filter on the sink. Actually just a large ceramic jar. But we made do and had a great time. Stayed a week.

Great potential but needs attention
This is a lovely apartment BUT it needs work. For starters there is no guide on how to use tv, washer/drier, water system, etc. The internet is very temperamental-we had to turn it off and on several times a day to get internet. There is no cold water in one of bathrooms. The women who manages property is very responsive and nice , but the owners need to fix the problems!

VRBO Review There are good things to say about this property. It is nicely located in a hip neighborhood and is cutely decorated with an artisan motif. The unit is also gated with friendly security staff and located in an interesting part of Mexico City, close to parks and cafes. But I am giving this a low rating because the property is in need of substantial renovation in a couple of key areas and is not ready for its luxury pricing. The biggest disappointment is its only shower, which is poorly designed, crowded into a tight corner of a small bathroom. The shower door bumps against the toilet, leaving little room to enter, and its knobs are nothing more than rustic sprinkler valves. The water is generally cold and rarely gets beyond warm. The living room windows do not completely close, and they have large gaps that fail to seal out the elements. The property does have a washing machine (though no laundry soap is provided) but there is no dryer. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Mexico City, but travelers renting this unit should understand what they are getting for this price.

good location, but a couple things to be aware of
Overall location is great, extremely walkable and right above a fabulous restaurant, Lardo. However would be tough to stay here with more than two people as there is only one (very small shower) that is inside one bedrooms. Additionally, there is only AC inside of one bedroom vs the entire unit, so beware during warm temps. Check in was also a bit challenging in the evening as we waited for 30ish minutes for property team to hand off keys.
