"Quite average. Nothing special but not poor either. I would describe it as average which isn’t a bad thing. For the price, you get a decent room that’s spacious and does what you need it to do."

More than a hotel
"Best place to stay in Chicago. This hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The vintage pool was very unique and refreshing. The hotel building is historical (1929) and has its own story and hidden architecture. The most helpful guide in Chicago was the doorman/valet standing out front. Trust me, it’s a little more expensive for a reason and definitely worth it."

"Wonderful staff and property! They made sure we had a wonderful room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and her first visit to Chicago! The hotel is lovely with soectacular views. If you can reserve the panoramic corner room, I would highly recommend it! "
