The bar at the hotel during the Grand Prix is close at 10:30, make no business sense. That is bad news for the tourist. No reding lamps at the bad.

The good : Hotel is new and the rooms are great, it's in a central area so really handy as I was working around the corner. The bad : Trains run past the hotel and they are pretty noisy from 5am even though I was pretty high on the 19th floor. Hotel wouldn't provide room service past 9.30pm, even though I called at 9.28 saying they couldn't put food through. Jet lagged and hangry not great. Food was provided with a frozen coke the next night and exploded everywhere. On a call and do not disturb on but team kept knocking to change sheets. Appreciate the effort but that's why you have a do not disturb. Travel a lot and stay in way too many hotels and this is my first bad review so may say something.

Se ond time staying here and i recommend it. Great views from the 25th floor bar. Try to get a room higher up or on the opposite side to the train.

Overall, it was an average place to stay and the pool was good but I was surprised that the room wasn't super clean, the room was quite basic, and the view was disappointing despite all the advertising. The lack of cleanliness was really disappointing - the sheets weren't changed in three nights, amenities were missing on the first night, it was dusty in the room, all pillow cases weren't not clean, the shower had the drain piece missing when I got in which looked dangerous. Service was friendly and helpful but I am quite disappointed by the hotel in general especially after paying a premium price.

A quiet and cosy place close to everything
Nice place, highly recommended. The staff is professional, very friendly, always notices everyone. The hotel is a cosy place, in the center but at the same time around the corner from all the city hustling. Comfortable room and bed/pillows, very clean, sufficiently quiet. Huge windows, which, if you get lucky enough to get a room on higher floors, gives nice views. Fitness room is equipped enough to cover all your everyday exercising needs, with a beautiful pool area.

It was nice.
Not a bad hotel, on the edge of Melbourne CBD. Close to Crown and main Melbourne train station. The main entrance is in an alley, so it was hard to notice at first visit. The room was nice, however walls and windows are quite thin. You can hear when doors close outside or trains that pass by even on the 19th floor. Their breakfast, although not a huge range, was quite lovely and affordable (you can get $10 cheaper if you book day before). The staff were all very nice. Check out wasn't as smooth as I would like. Make sure you check the bill thoroughly. We were charged incorrectly.

the location was tricky as parking was pretty much n on existent unless you pay for valet. The staff were friendly and accomodating but had accents i could not understand. the english was also very limited in the staff and were all foriegners, i felt like i was in a hotel in bali and vietnam. i loved our room, but the view was terrible, its worth paying the extra $50 for the upgraded room with a view.

Great hotel, great location. Close to everything in Melbourne CBD. Hotel is new, clean, good ambiance, food was great (Wagyu burger). My only feedback is banging of doors at night, and (maybe user error) but we couldn’t get the AC right - either too cold or too hot. But not a massive deal - would still stay again!

Fantastic location for Marvel Stadium.Funky design, lots of well thought out touches in the room. Staff in the cocktail lounge a bit disorganised, my cocktail never appeared after about 20 minutes, same happened to the table next to me. Would recommend, would go back.
