The staff were very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was very clean and conveniently located within walking distance to Marvel Stadium and the train station. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, also would stay there again.

The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are fantastic. Incredibly quiet property. Staff wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. From arrival to departure (4 nights) everything was perfect!

Overall, the stay was great. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. However, it was noisy on Friday night, and the quilt was too heavy for early summer.

A nice, clean, modern hotel in a quiet area of the CBD. It’s also conveniently located near to Southern Cross train and bus station, where you can catch the airport link bus.

Undisclosed fees for parking, no signage for steep ramps in parking garage, could also use a exhaust fan in room due to condensation build up other than these 3 things the place was amazing great and friendly staff great location would highly recommend and definitely would stay again

Property was 20 min walk and a number of different tram stops from the city. Limited dining options and cafes in the area. Bar and hotel cafe closed at 9pm. Hotel next door to a fire station and short distance to a police station, siren and horns. Staff were exceptional.

I thought the bed was exquisite. However, I was not so fussed on the computerized services, needing to use a QR Code to order room service. I'm older and not use to mod cons. Plus you need to provide a lot more instant coffee. I have not used a machine previously to make a coffee and I did not like the taste. You also need to provide a lot more milk.

Lovely modern hotel nicely located for a quiet visit in Melbourne. Easily walkable to trams and the city and Flagstaff Park is right next door. Great staff - very helpful. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Highly recommended!

Good location in terms of access to Melbourne CBD and surrounding northern suburbs. There are not many eat outs and options in the area but a 'Free Tram' ride away from some good central eateries.

AMAZING
The Courtyard was amazing - from check in, to the room, to the location everything was fabulous. Easy to find (even if catching the bus from the airport / self driving), the room was very comfortable and the best one of the best hotel beds i've stayed in for a while (12/10!). And likewise the location was great, very close to the Queen Victoria markets and great food spots and easily accessible to the riverside with a ~30 min walk or a quick tram. We booked this hotel last minute and it couldnt have been better. We will 100% be back next time we visit Melbourne.

Very friendly staff. On arrival, we were given a glass of sparkling each and upgraded to a larger room. We were also able to access our room early, which was great. New, modern hotel that is a short walk from the station. Cloud comfortable beds and a great addition was the pod machine and hot chocolates along with the traditional teas and coffee selection. We ordered room service, which arrived in 40 minutes - well presented. Breakfast is in a small dining area but it has everything you could want. Lattes to order, poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, hash browns, bacon sausages - the usual. Cereal and fresh fruits. A great place to stay that is walking distance to Melb central, Spencer street station and The Vic Market. Kids were able to access a lolly station in the afternoons too! Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and great inclusions.
