"Ok cool place, not cheap. But be prepared, this is a really local Japanese hotel. Almost no one speaks English behind the desk. The rooms are Japanese Rooms with Tatami, the Onsen's are beautiful and the key feature of the hotel. It's quite luxurious by Japanese standards but recognise you will probably be the only foreigners in the entire hotel. But a warning as they they played tricky in the booking. "Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."
