"-We loved the location, very central. -Great large patio -The host was very difficult to get a hold of. We began messaging in July 2023 to rearrange our booking, and after 6 follow-ups of messages and phone calls, we were only able to work through the issue in September 2023. Eventually the host let us move our dates which we were very appreciative of. -Extra fees for pet not communicated despite us letting the host know we were bringing a pet at the time of booking. "We booked three rooms for a family stay, with a request on booking to include one with accessible shower. On arrival, allocated rooms were readily changed to accommodate requirements. I was able to check in on arrival at 1.30pm (check in time 3pm). Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Our rooms on the third floor, which were very new, varied in size. They were spotlessly clean. Showers were excellent, with rain shower and standard fittings, and plenty of hot water with good pressure. Beds were firm but very comfortable. We all slept well. Breakfast at the hotel was superb! Varied selection of hot and cold buffet items, fresh bread and pastries, hot & cold drinks machines (bean to cup coffee) and Cava! The location of the hotel was ideal for us and a short stroll to La Rambla. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel and a selection of shops/eating outlets on this street. We all thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night break here and would stay again. Would recommend!"
