No me gusto que tube que dejar correr el agua como 20 minutos para que saliera agua caliente se me hace que es mucho desperdicio de agua tienen que hacer algo al respecto tambien no tienen television por cable o satelite

I was a loyal customer of Alameda Express. This last time I went they gave me the worst room ever 406 the sheets gave me and my partner a rash. The shower water kept changing temp. Extremely hot or very cold. I begged the front desk to give me another room and she refused. And said, she could not help me. I had paid for my stay of three days in advance. Parking is also very limited my vehicle was parked very wrong. I had to to leave my stay cutting it a day short 5 am. The security guard was not found . Drive back to Houston thinking I will never return to this place. Once upon a time, it was my favorite. Good Luck ! to whom ever wish to stay here . You won't know what you're in for.

We were able to relax have a good time cleaning staff was wonderful any time we left the room and they were out cleaning rooms they always asked if everything was ok and if I was happy with how they cleaned the room

Solia ser un lugar muy comodo
Estuvimos en un viaje corto de fin de semana y nunca tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos. Este hotel era uno de nuestros favoritos por su buen servicio y comodidad pero ya no es asi. Una gran pena porque solia ser el mejor hotel familiar en todo matamoros

Rooms are very clean, quiet and relaxing. Wish staff was a little more friendly, they don't smile much. Overall hotel is very nice place to stay, the only thing that's missing is a pool.

What I like about the hotel Alameda was that the room was Clean, quite, cold, very comfortable, nice restaurant and very friendly employees 👍.

We have stayed here 5 times, this time the shower temperatures were terrible, it either burnt your skin off or you had icicles . We reserved 2 rooms, both rooms had the problem. Beds aren’t comfortable But for the price it was good value We will stay again , just hope the fix shower problem

The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service. Concierge kept typing on computer and didn’t look up until she finished doing what she was doing. When she finally looked up to check us on, the phone rang and stopped servicing us to answer whatever question another customer had on the phone, hung up then proceeded to help us then stopped again to answer phone again with another question. She did this two more times before we could get a key to our room! We were very tired from a long trip and just wanted to rest! Very disappointing coming from a hotel with great reviews!
