"This accommodation is really for families looking for a long stay at the beach (my wife and I were just stopping for the night, and chose this accommodation because it is very close to the archaeological site at Faistos). You have direct contact with the owner and his manager, whose English is adequate but limited. If booking here, you must obtain directions from the owner, as it is hard to find using Google Maps, etc. Large apartment on the ground floor, near but not on the beach."

"This was my favourite stay in Greece. The host was so warm and welcoming everytime. She made me feel like i was at home. The beach is more quiet than Matala and a 10 minute bus ride from Matala if you want to visit the town. Beautiful long beach and restaurants and very peaceful with not many tourists. I liked that the room has fridge, cooking top and kettle with full kitchen utensils. The bathroom is small but hot water is good. I will for sure recommend Haroula's place for your next stay!"

"Very friendly and hospitable host, nothing too much trouble, excellent recommendations for eating out, any problems were sorted. Spectacular views of mountains and surrounding countryside. Could even pick out The Palace of Faistos across the valley. Super pet friendly,( dogs and cats were adorable and no trouble). Pool great for cooling off, plenty of room, secure with electronic gates. In the countryside but on the edge of a village with amenities,( great bakers!). Larger supermarket not far...
