The privacy blind was broken and didn’t work on the 1st floor, the jacuzzi tub filled up and had clumps of hair and bugs floating all over, the ceiling fan in the bathroom was gone and there was a bug hole in the ceiling above the toilet and shower. The pool and hot tub wheee shut down. I was told the manager was going to fix everything when they came in on Saturday and nothing was done and no manager was to be found!

Location is great but hotel was really bad lack of cleanliness. We asked for new sheets all they did was made the bed with the same sheets. It was really sickening worst experience ever they need to burn that place to the ground it is bug infested

Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. The property is a little dated in some areas but clean and overall efficient on our visit. The rooms have very large TV's which look fantastic. Breakfast was the typical sausage/egg/waffle and toast set up. We are very likely to choose this hotel again when in town for medical stays. The hospital taxi will pick patients up from this location pretty fast for a small fee.

We were shocked to find that the pool was not usable, as that is one reason we choose the Baymont and have stayed at Wyndhams on other occasions. Other hotel sites state that the pool is closed..for whatever reason. Checking out was just dropping the key in a basket, no receipt or ability to pay with a different card or cash from the original booking information. The hotel was very clean and neat. Front desk staff was not the friendliest in the world, think he was having a tough day. Having breakfast available was a plus, very comfy beds, quiet rooms except the vacuuming that started at 7!

The property was very nasty. Was put in not 1 but 2 dirty rooms and no smoke detectors. First room had toe nail clippings and food crumbs all over the room. Second room had blood on the toilet and what appeared to be poop smeared on the wall next to the bed. The pool had green stuff that looked like algae on the bottom of it even though it was an indoor pool. I highly recommend NO ONE stay at this place. Very dissatisfied with this place

This property is FILTHY and SHADY! First of all there is no attendant to check you in. You have to call a phone number and wait to be checked in. When after I received my room key and made it to my room, the door was already ajar and I walked right in. This all happened at 9:30pm (by the way). After being in my room for a couple of minutes I noticed that the door had closed all the way, so I went to shut it only to realize that the door does not close. I went to change room only to be given a room different room 209 and it is the shadiest pair of rooms directly across from each other. This room that I am currently in has a loose door latch and the sheets have huge stains on them. There is also a used Q-tip laying next to my bed and I will be reporting this hotel to the health department.

When we arrived to check in the pool and hot tub were shut down. The floors were filthy. When we got up the next morning there were bedbugs crawling on the wall. Very disapointed. Guy behind the desk just said they would look into it.

It was dirty, jacuzzi didnt work, i was told to come back 3 hours after check in because the room wasnt ready and was still disgusting. None of the amenities i paid for, for the $315 were there. I will not be back.

Although the was ok but the bathroom had no vent on the fan. I could see the roof and it don’t work. You guys say there was free Wi-Fi but couldn’t find the password. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee packets in the room. There were other switches on the wall that had no nob on it. The pool was down. And also a not that said we as guest could not eat our continental breakfast in our room. But I did anyway. There was no fan above the jetted tub. The curtains didn’t close all the way had to use a coat hanger just to keep the light from shining in at night. The elevator’s were broke down and no vending machines, no ice machine. Definitely looks good on the website but not in person. Things need to be fixed.

The building is not kept up at all. The pool and hot tub didn't say they were closed anywhere, but the hot tub was slimy green and the pool had alot of dirt on the bottom. One of our hand towels was dirty, and it was an ordeal to get it replaced. Our 1st 3 visits to the front desk, no one as there.

We stayed there for one night because I had surgery early the next morning and the hotel was close by to the hospital.The host behind the desk never said welcome or hello and never cracked a smile. I noticed a couple long black hairs on the control panel for the heater/ac unit inside the room. My wife took a bath and saw dried piss and black hairs around the base of the toilet, dried piss on the inside of the toilet bowl when she lifted the lid and black mold on the shower knob that controls the water. The side entrance next to our room had a vending machine which was empty and the washer and dryer had Out Of Order signs on them. The pillow cases were gross so we went to the Dollar Tree and bought two pillow cases along with a can of Lysol. The bed comforter was crumpled up and the bed skirt was half tucked in and the other hanging out. The tv remote buttons were very hard to push to make them work and the tv sleep button didn't work. I was hoping to get a good night's sleep before my surgery but that didn't happen staying at this 1 star hotel. If they had a complementary breakfast there's no way I would have tried it. My number one priority is customer service and this hotel lacks every bit of good customer service. We DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Person checking us in was very rude. Apparently they really only like when you pay with cash, had a hard time getting them to charge my card. had reservations for animals. Couldn’t find reservations, pool is closed for renovations(was told it was open) outlets didn’t work, lights took forever to turn on, shower curtain had stains, on the back of the bathroom door there was poop, their breakfast was disgusting. Rubber sausage and eggs. Their waffle maker was broken, stains all over the walls their juice maker only had water. I will never stay there again. This was the WORST hotel I had ever stayed at.
