"Such a lovely oasis of calm on the outskirts of Marrakech! We loved our (2 bed) apartment, the wonderful staff & the beautiful gardens. Great memories were made in the pool & table tennis.
The only tiny negative is that It would be great if the hotel could recommend local taxi drivers to get to nearby attractions (we walked into the village to make connections), otherwise taxis would become quite costly!"
"Outdated design and very noisy. Reception did not acknowledge our prepaid reservation saying the don’t work with the online agency (Orbitz). I had to make an extra deposit to be able to check in. Later they corrected themselves. Reception cannot be reached by phone. If you let it ring they pick up the phone, hang up on you, and put the phone on busy, so that you cannot call them back. A terrible hotel."
