We loved how the property manager servicing us he was very friendly kind and helpfull and problem solver. The riad was clean, well maintained, room with traditional designe, nice pool, the property is close to the amenities jamaa lafna, koutoubia, menara mall, menara gardens...really it was wow.👌👌

What an amazing place I would go back in a heartbeat! Clean,Welcoming, friendly, helpful, has a pool We didn’t use as we arrived late and out the next morning. Breakfast was available. Not one bad word to say. It was amazing.

No words to describe the enjoyment of staying here. Every minute of our stay was happiness and we were looked after by the staff. The swimming pool & the Trampoline was the best of all and the snooker table just topped it up. My option is that its the best location within minutes of everything.

The owner arranged everything for us, nothing was to much trouble for him. Excursions & trips all pick ups from Villa Gramtahouse Hotel. Breakfast & Dinners all freshly cooked for us and the taste was just incredible. Amazing flower garden with palm trees & fountains. It's the number One place to stay in Marrakesh.

Villa GramtaHouse Hotel is so clean at all times with a Amazing large swimming pool & a massive Trampoline. The staff & service is excellent with unbelievable facilities like a full size snooker / pool table and a open top terrace with views of the Atlas mountains. Its just 10 minutes walk into city center and its like a Palace inside. We had the best time ever & we are definitely coming back next year to celebrate our 30th Birthday Party.

Perfect Place Brilliant Stay ... Beautiful hotel, unbelievable staff. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, great location, surprisingly amazing so fresh food served hot. The facilities are great and the rooms were beautiful. The actual property itself is amazing clean and is very modern but with a traditional decor. Small hotel yet so much attention to detail, like the gorgeous roses everywhere and little rose buds everywhere. Big swimming pool where staff wait on you hand and foot. If you stay anywhere stay here!

Awful Hotel Experience
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We've stayed in a lot of places and this was by the far the worst place we've ever stayed. We incorrectly assumed that because this hotel was on hotels.com it would be a reputable place to stay. To start off many of the amenities promised online we not available - the wifi did not work in the room, there were no slippers and robes, there was no room service, there was no shampoo, etc. We were only given enough liquid soup and toilet paper to use the toilet and wash our hands once. We were not told how to get into the hotel if we were to leave during the day or any orientation of any sort. There was a kitchen but the counters etc. were so dirty it was barely usable. Our room and the entire hotel were freezing cold. Despite that, the shower did not get warmer than luke warm. We arrived late so we had no choice but to spend the night. At the time we realized our room was dirty but didn't realize the full extent of it. However, when we woke up we realized it was filthy infested with ants. Although we had booked the hotel for four nights after the first night we knew we couldn't stay any longer. We left the next morning before checkout time and asked (in French) if we would be able to get a refund. The man working at the hotel responded yes, despite that this hotel has refused to give us a refund even though hotels.com has been trying to help. Do not stay here. There are better hotels with better locations and better prices.

Es ist als würde man mitten auf der Autobahn neben dem Flughafen übernachten… Es ist extrem laut. Und zwar immer. Auch nachts! Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Schnellstraße und in der Einflugschneise kurz vor dem Flughafen. Straßenhunde vervollständigen den akustischen Rahmen. Es ist absolut unmöglich hier zu schlafen. Und wir waren wirklich müde und geschafft von einer langen Fahrt quer durch Marokko. Trotzdem haben wir keine Minute geschlafen. Wir sind am nächsten Tag völlig übermüdet in den Flieger gestiegen. Auch sonst war das Personal zu nichts in der Lage. Es gab kein Essen, kein Frühstück, kein Wasser und auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen keinen Haustürschlüssel. Dazu kam, dass man hier scheinbar keine Gäste erwartet hat. Und damit meine ich tatsächlich niemanden! Der Pool war leer und dreckig (Ende April), Internet funktionierte nicht, Kartenzahlung funktionierte nicht, Essen gab es nicht (auch kein Frühstück), Haustürschlüssel gab es nicht. Das Problem mit dem Haustürschlüssel führte dazu dass wir geschlagene 2 Stunden vor der Tür warten mussten bis jemand aufmachte. Es war schlicht niemand da der uns die Tür aufmachen konnte. Auch telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Einziger Pluspunkt: Das Haus ist von innen wirklich schön. Das ist aber auch schon alles. Ich habe so etwas tatsächlich noch nie erlebt und kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten hier zu übernachten!

Shameful hotel.
Esperienza pessima: struttura apparentemente bellissima ma totalmente lasciata all'incuria. Camere con molti problemi (rubinetti rotti che allagano la stanza, tapparelle rotte) e sporchissime (lenzuola usate, bagno sporco, addirittura una gomma da masticare appiccicata sulla porta dell'armadio) e tutto questo in più camere. Personale totalmente inadeguato: entrambi parlavano solo arabo e non capivano (o fingevano?) neppure a gesti. Non hanno pulito il bagno neppure dopo richiesta e hanno lasciato le lenzuola sporche in camera. Proprietario irraggiungibile, mai risposto alle nostre mail. L'offerta del sito parlava di accappatoi e ciabatte, mai visti. Il costo dell'albergo era paragonabile ai costi di un 4 stelle come in effetti doveva essere. Hotel penoso.

Mooi huis gelegen in een wijk aan een zeer drukke baan op ongeveer 2 km van Medina. Zwembad werd gevuld als we toekwamen waardoor het ijskoud was. Geen hoteldiensten tijdens verblijf. Je kan het personeel wel vragen zaken te doen (bv drank halen, ontbijt voorzien,...)

Short stay that was perfect because the hotel was close to the place we were going the next day. No water in the pool - would have liked to take a quick dip. The people that greeted us were very very nice but didn't speak english. The manager helped us a lot by mail email beforehand which was nice.
