"The worst. Dirty mattress with big stains. Advertised air-conditioning had never been fitted never existed all there is is a pedestal fan and that doesn't work. Shower cubicle is falling from its mountings. Shower head missing. Street is very noisy although its a back street. Convenient location for ancient Istanbul "

"It was good. Friendly and kind staff. It was clean. Area where the hotel located is a bit loud on Saturday night but I was able to sleep fine overall. I didn’t have soap in the hotel, so I used shampoo products to wash my hands. Didn’t bother asking for a soap from the staff. Other then that it was a good stay overall. "

"NO LIGHTS in our room the whole stay !! I keep telling them but then they’d cut off the main power leaving us with no power no wifi the whole night. On a day or two, there would be power or “electricity” to them, but NO LIGHTS in our room. The toilet lid and soap dispenser were hanging on to dear life. Came home 1 night and there was white dust/sediments all over the bed, table, our clothes and bags. Language barrier was a MAJOR problem. BUT it was near to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand...

"We were looking forward to a relaxing break away from the city and online the “hotel” seemed perfect for a mini break. However, we were met by uninterested staff who didn’t seem bothered to host guests. The “reception” looks like a bachelor’s living room with cigarettes and snacks scattered everywhere. The room itself was not equipped with what is promised online and we had to ask for coffee and tea provisions. Since they had no coffee in the rooms as promised we asked for a coffee at breakfast;...

"We enjoyed our stay in Lena Flats. The suite was large. The space was clean. The bed comfortable...we even had an outdoor area to ourselves which we did not get to use much due to the rainy weather. Everything we needed was provided and everything worked in the bathroom (although the bathroom was the type where the whole floor gets wet when you shower.) Lena Flats is good value for money."

"Tuvaletteki çöp doluydu.Aradaki tuvalet olduğu için bakılmamış bile.Havlu yoktu.Yönlendirme tanıtım sıfır.Bodrum kattaki oda olduğu için bu odayı özellikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Aşırı derecede gürültü geliyor sabahın köründe uyanıyorsunuz.Pis koku geliyor giderlerden sanırım.Tercih ettiğim için pişman olduğum bir otel."

"I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room."
