"We very much enjoyed Dover House! Location couldn't be better - across from the beach, walkable to numerous shops and restaurants, and we always felt safe. The ocean was not swimable during our stay (end of March 2024), but the pool was perfect! Well maintained, plenty of space and never too crowded. Appreciated the beautiful landscaping around it too! Our unit was very nice and mostly updated. But extremely fancy by any means, but very nice. Bathroom could use more hooks to hang...

"Communication was excellent. The lights in one of the rooms stopped working and the owner came right away to fix it. Great location in a great neighborhood at a walking distance from Las Olas Boulevard. We woke up one day to workers coming into the yard and it made us feel abit uncomfortable. "This was our 1st VRBO experience & we'd definitely stay here again. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated with fantastic water views. We appreciated all the attention to detail...the specially folded towels made us feel like we were staying at a boutique hotel. We would have given the property 5 stars based on appearance, location, & comfort except that the pullout couch could use a thicker mattress; also, it didn't have a blanket so we borrowed one from the master bedroom, but...

"We had a great stay. Condo was above and beyond described. Very clean and close to all the fun of Hollywood Beach. It is an older property but in pristine condition. The grounds and pool area also very clean and inviting. Host was very responsive when I reached out with a question. Would definitely recommend this property!!"
