"L'appartamento si trova a Marina di Grosseto in un condominio popolare dall'aspetto esteriore non molto rassicurante, invece l'app. all'interno è ok. (Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer entzückenden Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und durchgängig authentisch und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, inklusive Bedienungshinweise - man hat quasi keine Chance, etwas falsch zu machen ;) Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist umwerfend (leider auch ab und zu der Wind), in der einen Richtung das Meer, in der anderen die Altstadt. "Die Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung ist sehr gut. Aber man muss auch immer fahren, da im Haus oder im Dorf nicht viel zu erleben ist. Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
